Commands used within xdvi

The following are particularly useful commands to remember:

q
quits the program. Synonyms are control-D and control-C.
n
moves on to display the next page, or the nth next page if you prefix it with a numeric value.
p
moves back a page (or again, n pages if you provide a prefixed value.)
g
moves to the given page, eg 4g moves to the start of page 4.
^
moves to the `home' position on a page (normally the top left corner).
d
places the bottom of the page at the bottom of the display window.
