Trivia

  • Was released in the Europe on 24th September.
  • The timing of the release of this album was extremely unfortunate. It was released shortly after 11th September 2001 (the infamous 911), included the word "jacker" in the title and featured E dressed as the Unabomber.
  • For this album, the eels are E, Butch, John Parrish and Kool G Murder. Joe Gore, Adam Siegel and Ryan Boesch also help out. E and John Parrish co-produced the album.
  • The booklet for the album features a phrase in Russian which translates to "Good morning, my love." E married a Russian dentist before this album was recorded.
  • The album was originally going to be non-stop rock but E's new wife complained that there weren't enough songs about her and E felt that solid rock was perhaps too much and so songs like Fresh Feeling and World of Shit were drafted in.
  • The EU version features a bonus CD entitled "22 Miles of Hard Road" after a line from the song "Souljacker Part I" and the US version features a bonus CD entitled "Rotton World Blues".
