- An overview paper of Fitness Directed Crossover was presented at the WSSEC2008 Workshop and Summer School on Evolutionary Compuing Lecture Series by Pioneers. This paper was titled "Directed Intervention Crossover Approaches Applied to the Optimisation of Schedules". This was presented in Derry, Northern Ireland.
- A paper showing Fitness Directed Crossover applied to both bio-sceduling and cancer treatments has been accepted at IEEE CIBCB 2008. It is titled " Fitness Directed Intervention Crossover Approaches applied to
Bio-Scheduling Problems". This was presented in Idaho.
- A paper detailing our newer fitness directed approaches, with application to cancer chemotherapy has has been accepted at GECCO 08. It is titled "The Effects of Mutation and Directed Intervention Crossover when applied to Scheduling Chemotherapy". This was presented in Atlanta.
- A joint paper with Dr McCall from the Robert Gordon University has been accepted at GECCO 08. It is titled "Optimisation and Fitness Modelling of Bio-control in Mushroom Farming using
a Markov Network EDA". This was presented in Atlanta.

- A paper detialing the results of applying our directed intervention techniques to cancer chemotherapy scheduling has been presented at the IEEE Congress of Evolutionary Computation (CEC) 2008. It is titled "Optimisation of Cancer Chemotherapy Schedules Using Directed
Intervention Crossover Approaches". This was presented in Hong Kong.
