Communications

In this section we will look at the traditional telephone network. The first thing looked at in this section is how calls are connected on the network. After this the tutorial looks at Voice Over IP (also known as VOIP), and different ways users can access the VOIP network.Once we have looked at the two different types of networks the tutorial will then explain some of the services available on both networks, specifically call waiting and caller ID.
