Scottish Hoppers is an annual event for women in computing research in Scotland. The meeting showcases computing research by women, and offers networking opportunities: it generally consists of lectures by women at various stages of their careers.

The meeting on Friday 1st June will be held in the Iris Murdoch Building at the University of Stirling. The proposed programme for the day (timing may change slightly) is:

Who should attend?

Women in computing research in Scotland, from senior undergraduates to professors, where both computing and Scotland are interpreted fairly broadly.

What will it cost?

There is no registration fee. In addition, PhD students can apply to have their travel costs refunded. Talk to the organisers about this.
