The spreadsheets test is 1-hour long and takes place in the practical sessions.

It is an open book test and will consist of making some modifications to an Excel spreadsheet that will be supplied to you.

On the day of the test you will also receive the starter file and the detailed instructions that you must follow.

The spreadsheets test is a module requirement. This means that if you do not take the test, you will get No Grade for the module. This rule may be relaxed for students who can show good cause for failure to attend. Good cause may include illness (for which a medical certificate or other evidence will be required).

The spreadsheets test is worth 25% of your final mark.
