This full credit module is an introductory module in Computing Science. It is delivered through lectures, tutorials and practical sessions.

It doesn't matter what your main degree is, most careers on leaving University will require you to be be computer literate. CSC931 provides you with basic IT skills and awareness, but also gives you an edge which comes from knowing more about how computers really work.

CSC931 assumes no previous experience or qualifications in Computing.
