Welcome to Dr Michael G. Epitropakis's home page.

I am a Research Assistant at the Department of Computing Science and Mathematics, University of Stirling, Scotland. I am a member of the CHORDS research group (Computational-Heuristics, Operations Research and Decision-Support), working on the DAASE project (Dynamic Adaptive Automated Software Engineering), in a relatively new and very interesting area of Search-Based Software Engineering (SBSE).

My research interests revolve mainly around computational intelligence, while I am especially interested in the areas of evolutionary computation, global optimization, hyper-heuristics, machine learning and search-based software engineering.
